Emergency Manager

The Grant County Emergency Manager has responsibility for the day-to-day emergency management programs. The Emergency Management Office cooperates with a network of local, state, and federal Emergency Management personnel. The Emergency Manager also coordinates with governmental agencies, law enforcement, fire, ambulance, and other emergency personnel, as well as private businesses; volunteer organizations; and individuals to identify potential hazards. In identifying potential hazards,  the five phases of Emergency Management (Prevention, Preparedness, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery) are used to develop emergency plans for potential natural, technological, and adversarial hazards.


911 Coordinator

 
The 911 Coordinator manages the operation of the 911 system and is responsible for 911 addressing in Grant County.
